Summer Days
Summer Days is made from blend of Liberty, King David and Brown Snout Apples sourced from Iowa. This seasonal blend of apples imparts a sharp, balanced acidity and is back-sweetened with apple juice to give a sweet and refreshing flavor. It is best served chilled. ABV 6.8%
Mango Dream Tropic Mango Cider
Our Mango Dream is made from a blend of apples including Goldrush, Binet Rouge and King David. This late season blend of apples imparts sharp, balanced acidity and the mango provides a refreshing sweet flavor. It is fermented sweet and lightly carbonated. ABV 6.8%
Lilly’s Best
A medium sweet cider made from a blend of bramley’s seedling, calville blanc, golden russett, ashmeads kernal, porters perfection and kingston black apples. Crisp, refreshing and bold, this cider takes you right back to a beautiful autumn day in the orchard. Best served chilled or on the rocks. ABV 6.9%
Hopped
Made from Iowa cider apples and infused with fresh citra hops. This process imparts a bouquet of bold tropical aromas and flavors. Tasting notes of passionfruit, citrus and green apple. Best served chilled or on the rocks. ABV 6.9%
Toasted Oak
A medium dry blend from jonagold, king david, hudson golden gem and roxbury russet apples. We age this with bourbon infused oak, creating a warm and smooth drink. Apples impart sharp acidity and the oak provides soft notes of vanilla and caramel. It is fermented medium dry and is best served chilled or on the rocks. ABV 6.9%
Lamplighter Cherry
A tart cherry cider made by cofermenting apples including king david, jonagold, roxbury russet and hudson golden gem together with montmorency cherry juice. Best served chilled or on the rocks. ABV 6.9%
Wild Isabel Blueberry Lemon
Named after a wild friend who thought we should try a blueberry cider. A fruity blueberry lemon cider, with strong notes of wild blueberry in balance with our traditional tart, crisp apple cider. ABV 6.9%.
Ricki’s Backyard Peach Ginger
Fruit forward flavor of peach and ginger, this cider is perfect with warm summer evenings. ABV 6.9%.
Very Berry
A fruity, tart summer berry mix of strawberry, cherry and blueberry in our base of Iowa apple cider. Medium sweet and lightly carbonated. ABV 6.8%.
Big Red Blood Orange
A fruit-forward, blood orange apple cider, with bold citrus flavors, and medium sweetness to balance the acidity of the apples and oranges. This cider also has a deep red color. ABV 6.9%.
Crooked Cat Caramel Apple
A medium sweet cider made exclusively with early season apples, and is only offered seasonally in the autumn and winter. It is flavored with natural caramel for a warm taste on cool evenings. ABV 6.5%.
Liquid Gold Dry
A bone-dry, small batch cider made from an apple blend of Ellis bitter, Goldrush and Porters perfection. This trio of apples imparts bold tannins with a lingering acidity to help make for a truly unique drinking experience. This cider pairs well with meats and cheeses. Tasting notes of lemon rind, grapefruit and green apple. Best served chilled or on the rocks. ABV 8%
Porch Plum
Our Porch Plum is made from a blend of apples including hewe’s crab, jonagold, browns, somerset redstreak and ellis bitter. This early season blend of apples imparts sharp, balanced acidity and the red plums provide a refreshing sweet flavor. It is fermented medium sweet and lightly carbonated. ABV 6.8%.
