Bridgehouse cider process
Cider starts with apples

Our foundation is a love of orcharding and a belief that the best apples make the best cider

Our apples are hand-picked from the orchard. They are ground into a pomace and we use a traditional rack and cloth press to get the highest quality juice for our cider. We then ferment the fresh juice with high quality selected yeast, and let it mature for several months.  Then we blend, carbonate, and bottle the cider.

We believe in minimal preservatives, all natural ingredients, and keeping the process simple. All for a clean, crisp, refreshing cider we all love and enjoy.
